I emailed to change a dimension on my order from 5.5 inches to 6.5 inches . I got a quick reply saying no problem and the order would be updated..when the foam arrived it was the original dimension 5.5 inches.What happened?

We ordered some custom daybed cushions on Dec 1 with a 4-6 week promised ship date. After 6 weeks, we had received no updates from Foam Order. I checked their online order tracking system, and could see there was no progress in the production of our cushions. I had to reach out every few days to the company to push the order along, each time being met with excuses (fabric takes time to come from the vendor, we forgot to order the fabric, the fabric vendor forgot to ship the fabric, the seamstress is out on maternity leave). At no point did anyone apologize. At no point did any demonstrate that they were owning the problem. In the end, I had to email or call every few days for nearly 3 months to get the cushions manufactured and delivered. Really disappointed with the service, and not what I would expect at this price point.

Took a risk ordering from this company having known nothing about them. I ordered $300 replacement cushion for my couch which is 15 years old. The replacement cushion has transformed my couch into a brand new couch. The cushion is firm and well constructed. Very satisfied.

The foam seems to be great quality and the one I bought is so tough that it barely gives any when I sit. I might have gone for a semi softer one but this will last longer probably. Very impressed with the entire process and delivery

We had a long bench and placed the order and when delivered there was a long piece of foam with a hemp cover separate. The cover fit over the foam perfectly and we are very pleased with its appeal and how it looks.
