The product when it arrived was one-inch short versus what was ordered (59" L. versus 60"). There was an added charge on my credit card which did not appear in the confirmation e-mail, for "handling" (the shipping charge was itemized). These two errors are unfortunate-- I hoped foamorder.com would better execute on their primary business proposition, of course. The foam itself seems good quality, just the wrong size and a different, higher price than was agreed upon.

I’ve used your company two times & am very happy with the results. Pretty easy to measure & figure out type, made my couch & love seat like new again!!!! Unzipped the cushions, washed & dried them in warm water, worked out so good. Just took out the old foam whose quality wasn’t as good as yours (didn’t order the most expensive, ordered medium firmness & Dacron wrapped. WAY more reasonable than anywhere else & free shipping!!! Thank you so much!!
