I ordered a single cushion on November 17th. It took over 7 weeks to arrive - with no communication as to the status. Additionally, it came "signature required" even though I submitted their form for waiving the requirement at the time of the order. The workmanship is great, although expected at that high price.

I followed the measurement instructions precisely by measuring the slipcover for my old cushion. The replacement does not come close to filling the slipcover and is very flat. I had even called before hand to ensure I was ordering the right product for my application - the phone “help” wasn’t particularly helpful. Furthermore, I was overcharged for delivery (relative to what I had been quoted on the website) and delivery took quite a long time. All around a disappointing experience.

These cushions I ordered were for the seat of my old sofa. I followed all the instructions at the website for measurements and foam types. I got exactly what I needed. Shipping took a little while bit it was a custom order. My old couch has just been given new life.
