I purchased the replacement cushions for the sofa in my family room, the cushions are firmer than I thought they would be based on the product description even with the Dacron wrapping. I suppose it could be a good thing and hope that they will soften with daily use. The only other comment I have is that the site indicated 7 to 10 days it took far longer, I was on the brink of trying to cancel the order and the cushions finally arrived after almost 3 weeks. I would consider purchasing again but only after speaking to a live person and maybe even a sample.
