I ordered what seemed to be standard sized foam products, one closed cell yoga mat and a standard length of hi-density polyurethane upholstery foam. I specifically ordered the standard sizes they showed on their site because I needed it quickly. So I was very disappointed to find out upon checking (when it didn't arrive within the time frame I was expecting it, based on the info I read when ordering) that not only wouldn't it be arriving soon, it wouldn't even be out of production until well after I needed it! I let the order stand as I still think it's good product and superior to that available at the local fabric store, but feel that there was not a clear representation of the timeline when I ordered. So beware. Also, the shipping charge of $30 for $55 worth of foam was ridiculous. The box wasn't that big, and certainly didn't weigh very much. Felt ripped off on that account.

The product I received was very well-made and perfect for what i needed. However, it took two months for a very small cushion and that is just too long.

I've bought several mattress pads from the Foam Store. This was soft latex- too soft for me, but my guest loved it as a top layer. I'll trade the second soft one I bought for medium for my own bed, which Steve, who's extremely knowledgeable, recommended. Being chemically sensitive, I love that the odor (just aired it out for a couple of days) doesn't make me sick. The 40/60 organic cover is really soft and comfortable.

Took the measurements just as instructed for my over-sized chair cushion, and they are perfect. Cushion firmness just as described. Only negative... it took over a month to receive.

I used this company due to ease of use of their website. I had a few minor questions and when I called, the customer service rep clarified everything which helped me complete the order online without issue. Everything fit perfectly and looks great. One minor suggestion would be to provide better graphics of the fabrics. The fabric we ordered was exactly what we expected based on the photos. All in all, very happy and the price was very reasonable. This helped “finish” a home DIY project that took a lot of time, effort and pride to build.
