I love my sofa so much, but was considering getting rid of it and getting a new one until I wondered if I could just change out the mashed horrible foam in the cushions and I found FoamOrder when I searched Google. Their site is easy to navigate and measuring my cushions using their measuring guide and instructional video and step by step website ordering form was SUPER easy. I measured my cushions, ordered the foam that I thought was going to be the most durable, I could have had them send me samples of foam but I didn’t want to wait, I did have a question so I emailed customer service, but I was excited and impatient so I placed my order before they got back to me, which BTW was within an hour or so, I didn’t check my email until several hours later and the response was on point and I want to say the rep’s name was Della, anyway she couldn’t know that I had already placed my order, and suggested a softer foam than what I had chosen and her reasons made complete sense, I was frustrated with myself for my haste and emailed her back that I had already ordered the foam, then emailed again asking if it was possible to change my order to the softer foam, I received a response the next day. YES THEY COULD. I was so excited. This foam is expensive, not as expensive as replacing my very large sectional, but expensive, so I was thrilled, nervous and thrilled. The foam arrived within a week, the measurements were perfect and the foam so much better quality than the foam that was in my sofa. I took everything apart, washed it, down envelopes, cushion covers and then wrestled the new foam into the envelopes and covers and I LOVE MY SOFA EVEN MORE!!! It looks better than it did when the furniture store first delivered it brand new to my home. AND Della was SO RIGHT!!!! This foam is definitely firm enough, I appreciate that she used her considerable skill and knowledge to help an overzealous customer make the best decision for her furniture. She didn’t have to and if i would have been unhappy with my purchase it would have been my own fault, but she did, and I am so grateful to her and to the order fulfillment guy Eric. They did such an amazing job communicating with me, making sure that I received the right foam and in a very timely manner. I guess I have become jaded and my expectations of customer service are at a zero, this company, these employees have gone above and beyond anything I ever expected. I have another very large sectional that I plan to have the foam replaced in and I will definitely be using FoamOrder. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Ordered new polyester covered v44 foam cushions for our 3 year old couch and it “sits” better than new now. The factory foam was flattened and saggy from use and now the cushions are comfortable again. I measured seam to seam (as the instructions say to) and the sizing came out perfect. We used the plastic that they were wrapped in to “vacuum shrink” the cushions so they were easy to insert into the covers. We even trimmed down and used the old foam from the seat to revive the back cushions a bit. The whole process for 4 new seat cushions and 4 revived back cushions took about an hour. Because our sofa and loveseat were in great condition (except for the saggy foam) this was a great decision.
