Had to send in a pattern for drop-in seat since it was odd shaped. The foam was cut perfectly and was dacron wrapped at my request.

Product is fine, but delivery was three times what promised and communication was lousy. It took threatening to cancel my credit card to get any response at all. Will not return a phone call.

I was so entirely pleased with Foamorder from start to finish. I had an idea what I wanted and what I needed. However, I spoke to an agent and he spent a good 30 minutes explaining all the differences in the products etc. I was entirely wrong in my thinking. He gave me excellent solid advice and I appreciated that he did not intentionally steer me to more expensive products. He was very cost conscientious. He also was pretty much an expert on all things regarding reupholstery and foam. They solved all my problems. I was able to save a leather couch I adore rather than buy a new one, which I really didn’t want to do. Their customer service and follow up also was most exceptional. I totally recommend them. They really did all the right things and made the process so easy and painless. I appreciate all the time and energy they expended on me. Definitely can trust them.
