I always buy from the clearance section. One bed was a prior return and the other was a new over-stocked item. Both there quality beds and were as described. My only issue is the time to ship is 1-14 days which seems long. The first mattress I did not really care when it arrived but the second mattered. I emailed my worry. I never heard back but the mattress was shipping in time and in less than 14 days. So yeah, Other than the long shipping time the mattresses are great and usually customer service is very helpful in answering questions.

This was our second order for replacement foam cushions for a sofa we have had for many years. The first batch fit perfectly and showed that we needed to replace the third. Ordering was clearly explained on the website and we had our new cushion within 2 weeks including coast to coast shipping. I would recommend Foamorder highly.

The quality of the products are good but expensive. I was very detailed in where to place the tabs (in the back) and they put one lone tab on each of the four corners... how the heck am I supposed to tie them together. That doesn't speak well for quality control. The order took exactly the maximum length of time quoted and don't try and obtain information prior to that because the answer is... "we are still within our quoting time limit". Rather than send back four cushions, I had to have a tailor reposition the tabs.
