I just wanted to give some feedback on my custom foam mattress and cover that I received last week. Initially I was very concerned about custom ordering a fairly expensive product like that with no idea how it would turn out or way to return it. I needed this mattress for my son’s very tiny 9 x 10 room so that he could fold it up and save space when not in use. But I could not find another vendor that custom made foam mattresses like your that was durable enough for everyday use. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the products. Once I put the foam inside the cover, everything fit together well and the cover was sewn PERFECTLY to fit. So, it is most definitely worth me taking the time to give you the feedback so you are aware you have a happy customer that will gladly recommend your products to friends. AND I got a discount using the RECESSION09 promotion, which was also greatly appreciated. Thanks for your quality product and service.!

Yesterday I went into Foamorder's retail outlet, to place an order. The sales associate was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to explain what he was doing, helping me come to well-informed decisions, helped to save me money by advising me against purchasing what I don't need ... I felt very well taken-care-of. My experience with Foamorder has always been good. We've purchased two mattresses from them in the past 5 years -- excellent quality, excellent service, and fair pricing. Five stars.

I purchased the ergo mattress early this year and was truly amazed by the immediate results. Being in the health and fitness industry for over 25 yrs, I've run across many items associated with making you feel better, and to date, this has been the most real piece of equipment I've found. Yes, i said equipment, because a mattress is that, one of many pieces of equipment for health you'll use, a sleep system that works! I'm almost 60 yrs old and have never woke up from a great nights sleep feeling rested and most important, no back pain, in many years! By the way, that initial smell that comes with the pillows and mattress was a little disgusting but didn't last very long. small price to pay...

Thank you so much for the fabulous mattress! It arrived Tues night. My toddler was so excited, she made me open it right away so she could have her big bed. After laying on it myself, I have to admit, I was jealous. It was the perfect softness (we did soft over firm). I am really glad I splurged on the nice casing too because I think the cushy top really makes it ultra comfy. I also want to thank you for your excellent customer service. I recently had problems with an organic mattress from another company and it took me over a year to sort it out with them under their warranty. So, I really appreciate how easy it was to call and talk with your customer service (on two occasions), who discussed with me the different foam options and also the bed frames. Also, when they did not know the answer to a question, I was told I would receive a phone call back--and then I actually did! The follow-through was professional and helped me know that I could trust your company. I am not the type of person who normally takes the time to write these sorts of emails. Did I mention I have a toddler? Anyway, I just wanted to say that I am doing this because I was SO impressed that I thought you should know. I am going to recommend your foam mattresses and toppers to everyone I know.

I doubt if my comments will make your testimonial page. BEWARE of the Warranty. We slept on our mattress for only 5 months before we noticed a sag. After contacting Tempurpedic, we found that we were going to have to provide pictorial proof of a 3/4" sag, which our mattress did not have at that time. The company does not seem to take into consideration that a "slight" sag becomes a "great" sag when a human being is lying on it! My husband and I feel a sensation of rolling toward the center of the bed and whichever one of us is sleeping on it awakes with shoulder and neck pain. I wonder if the manufacturers would enjoy sleeping on the mattress in this condition??? However, each month I keep measuring and the sag is gradually getting deeper. Maybe we will get our mattress replaced before we will need the services of a chiropracter?

Have slept on Cloud Supreme for 5 nights and have the worst back and neck pain ever. As far as temperature, woke up two nights ago sweating, then was freezing after removing comforter. I've been adjusting my thermostat for the "new bed". Feel like I've been beat up, not rested at all. Hopefully, the pain will go away soon, otherwise this bed is being returned.
