My replacement foam cushions for my 92 year old mother worked out perfect for her. She wouldn’t hear of a brand new couch at her age so we found Foam Order to have the cushions replaced. It was cost effective and didn’t take long for a custom cut set. I called the offices and spoke to a Stephen who was very knowledgeable and helped direct me into the perfect cushions with out spending extra money . Custom cut foam order arrived scratched and with holes indicating that it was packaged and shipped with known defects. In addition, the two foam pieces I ordered were supposed to be cut to the same width, but were not evenly cut at all when laid side by side. I was not expecting to receive poorly cut scrap material and would not recommend.

I’ve been living with my mistaken choice of a latex mattress that was too soft for my 200 pound body. I finally decided to replace two of the “medium” 3” latex foam layers with two of your “firm” 3” panels. I took the one original “firm” panel and placed in on the bottom with the two new latex panels on top. The fit was perfect and blended exactly with my wife’s side of the bed. I couldn’t be happier with results. My spine has found immediate relief and my sleep is much deeper. Thank you for making my life so much better!

The product is great but measuring is tricky. I was off by about 1-2 inches and to get additional is crazy expexpensive factoring in shipping and glue prices - for now I’m opting to deal with it being a little short - otherwise love it - saved my chairs.
