I re-configured the bed in my tiny trailer, from one queen bed to two narrower bench beds to facilitate taking trips with friends and so we don't have to climb over each other to get up in middle of night, and to give us more floor space. I needed a nearly square cushion in the middle for the bed along inside front of trailer to fill the space left when I reconfigured the arrangement. At first I was quite upset with FoamOrder because over a month had passed and I had not heard anything. When I tried to check on my order, it was extremely difficult to find an email or phone number, and when I finally did they said they could not help me unless I provided an order #. Since I had never received an order confirmation I did not have an order #. I went round and round with chat bots and recorded phone messages and emails and finally reached a real person who told me the same thing. I was losing it by this time so the agent elevated my issue. Finally I was able to speak with someone who was polite and helpful, she found my order without my providing the order # (which I had never received), and she was apologetic and gave me a status update and even had the production head call me to confirm when my order would ship. In the end it worked out okay, but wow, the cushions are not cheap and you would think it should be easier to reach a real person in customer service!
