I have had custom work done by these folks for decades and was sorry to see the brick and mortar location in San Rafael close just when I needed another. But their deliverables process was seamless, the communications were instant with great follow through ( did what they said, when they said, for the price they said, and delivered better than the quality expected!). And even when that weird mid week 4th of July holiday intervened, staff personally drove the sewed work to the foam center and got me my cushion in time for a client dinner event. They are professionals and also just great people and it feels good to be able to work with local talent.

We use a Berkey water filter device. The upper chamber holds water to be filtered and the lower chamber holds water to be drank/used. The lower chamber has a sight glass, but the upper chamber does not. The problem was that if you over filled the top chamber and not enough room was available in the lower chamber, the water would run out onto the counter top/floor since no water tight "O" ring exists between the 2 containers. The foam pad I bought floats on top of the lower water level and when full, the foam pad pushes up against the 4 small drip nozzles and stops the upper gravity water flow.

Received what I ordered when they promised. Quality is good My only negative would be the amount I was charged for shipping. $22 for a small package even insured seems excessive. I ship all the time so I know what it costs.

I ordered replacement cushions for 2 armchairs. The measurement instructions were very helpful & the information on ordering made the selection easy. I ordered very firm & they are that! It is what I wanted for an almost stiff, orthopedic feel, so they are perfect. The size I ordered made for a snug fit. I found that using a piece of thick plastic around the insert helped to slide it into the cover. Product was well wrapped for shipping & arrived quickly in great condition. I would recommend this company & will use them again.
