Customer service was over the top excellent! Order was received shortly after we placed our order. The two foam cushions were easy to insert in our leather chairs seat cushions. I used their measurement recommendations and they both fit perfectly.

Was suggested to get an inch thicker than the seams diameter which really filled out the cushion cover making it taut, neat looking, and full.

The team at Foamorder was great to work with. They advised me on the type of foam to use. They worked with me to fabricate my cushion with my own custom fabric that was slow getting to them, and they shipped the finished product on time. Overall an easy process for me all the way. I was hesitant to purchase new couch cushions online, but the business has a good BBB rating. I am very pleased with the outcome. I purchased foam with down envelopes, I would have preferred for them to have come already assembled, but I appreciate that the foam was not flat vacuum packed, and I didn't have to wait for it to rise and have to deal with any issues. They are comfy and were a good price.
