How to Order Custom or Replacement Mattresses

    Order a standard size mattress, or provide the dimensions or a pattern for your custom mattress for the best fit possible. You’ll also need to provide the desired thickness of your mattress.

  • Select Your Mattress Material

    Decide if you want your mattress to be made from natural organic latex, memory foam, or traditional foam based on your specific needs.

  • Choose a Cover

    Choose the texture, style, and materials for your mattress cover. We offer standard mattress covers as well as organic materials to provide the best possible night’s sleep.

  • We’ll Do the Rest

    FoamOrder will size, cut, and assemble your custom mattress and ship it right to your door.

Finally, some relief from a very bad back

Good decision - great service.
“I currently sleep on a layered latex mattress I bought from a different mattress supplier. I wanted to replace the top 3 inch layer of talalay (soft density) as it wasn’t comfortable. I’ve been sleeping on it for two years and just couldn’t get comfortable. I couldn’t tell if I was sinking to the bottom or it was just still too firm even though it was Labeled soft. I’ve been wanting to try the egg crate latex topper and finally ordered one a few weeks ago. Since I sleep on a split king (inside only) mattress, I ordered a twin x-long Eggcrate and a twin 1” slab of dunlop to replace the 3” slab of talalay. I arranged the eggcrate pointy side down and the 1” slab underneath it. The height was perfect. All I can say is WOW - what a major difference! No more pain and numbness. No more tossing and turning. I feel well rested for the first time in years. I’m embarrassed that i didn’t try this sooner. I spoke to customer service before I place the order asking about the shipping times. I was assured that it was in stock would arrive at my home in two weeks time. It actually arrived in eight days in good condition. This is my second order with foam order, the first of which were pillows that I returned. The return was very easy and quick, no questions asked. I would definitely order more from foam order in the future and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Great experience both times.”

“Very professional from start to finish. Glad that I was advised to switch to organic latex. Company was very flexible in handling my custom made cut to an Asian King size bed. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the latex foam and organic cotton cover.”
