To ensure a perfect fit, measure your furniture’s dimensions where the cushion will be placed. For cylinder bolster pillows, measure the length and diameter of the existing cushion or the space it will occupy.
For circle cushions, measure the diameter of the seating area or existing cushion. If you’re creating floor seating, determine the desired size based on your preferred seating area. Measuring really just greatly depends on what you’re going to using the cushion for. Be sure to consider the height or thickness of the cushion for optimal comfort and support.
Yes! If your cushion requires a unique shape or specific dimensions to fit your furniture, such as a particular couch, ottoman, chair, or stool, you can upload a drawing or sketch when placing your order. This is especially helpful if your cushion needs to accommodate irregular contours or fit a specific space. However, for standard cylinder or circle shapes, a drawing or sketch is not necessary – simply provide the desired dimensions and FoamOrder will create your custom cushion to those exact specifications.
After placing your custom cylinder or circle cushion order, FoamOrder’s skilled team will tailor your cushion precisely to your specifications. Most custom cut orders are dispatched within 3-14 business days via standard ground shipping, with expedited shipping available for an extra charge. Orders involving custom fabrics or sewing can extend the shipping timeline by an additional 4 to 6 weeks.

However, due to the custom nature of our products, please be aware that custom orders, including cushions and sewn covers, are not eligible for returns based on buyer’s remorse.
