Shredded foam can be used for a variety of projects, from beanbag chairs to pillows to many other DIY projects. At FoamOrder we offer traditional polyurethane shredded foam as well as shredded organic latex foam and shredded memory foam. Whatever your need, shredded foam is available to order by the pound or in larger quantities. For very large orders, contact our customer service team for a custom quote.
Perfect for refilling beanbag chairs, since shredded foam won’t break down like the beanbag pellets do. It should last over 10 years and is fully recycled from new scraps. One and a half pounds (0.7 kg) will fill a one-cubic foot volume. It takes about 10 pounds to completely fill an average beanbag. You can buy shredded foam in a 20-pound bag (9 kg) or in a 100-pound bag (20 kg). The 100-pound option will be shipped in approximately four 25-pound bags. Please note: Shredded foam may include shredded foam skins/crusts. Allow up to 7 days for your shredded foam order to be ready.
This is the perfect all-natural stuffing for your bean bags, pillows, dolls, and teddy bears. Made from shredded certified 100% natural foam made from tree sap from the rubber tree. Four pounds (1.8 kg) fill one cubic foot. Please allow up to 7 days for your shredded foam order to be ready.
We also offer a mix of 4.5-lb and 5-lb density shredded soft memory foam. This is perfect for filling custom bed pillows, teddy bears, or other interesting inventions that require stuffing. Its elastic quality will make your creation eccentric. Order extra for safe measure. To fill a one-cubic foot volume, order 4 pounds (1.8 kg). Does not include any shredded foam skins/crusts. Please allow up to 7 days for your shredded foam order to be ready.
Buy scrap polyester for your project. One pound fills one cubic foot.
Our shredded foam consists of various grades and colors of both HR (high-resiliency) and less-dense polyurethane foam with density from 1.8–2.6 lbs/ft³. We also offer shredded organic latex foam at 4.0 lbs/ft³, which is cream-colored, and a combination of latex foam firmnesses. Our shredded memory foam is 4.5–5 lbs/ft³, and usually gray or yellow in color, or a combination of the two. For custom orders of specific grades of foam, please contact our customer service team.
